Tired and going nuts is not a gd combi :)

Realised I haven't been updating my blog so I decided to give my cobwebs covered blog a new entry :)

This weekend marks the end of Week 2 of school. And wat does it mean? It means all hell break loose in SMU after Week 2!!!!!!! (As usual) After struggling one yr in SMU, seriously, I am really dreading the workload. I love my school, totally. I can answer that without a single tinge of doubt but I can't answer for the workload..I HATE SCHOOLWORK!!!!! oh well, who likes it anyway...hahahahaha...but SMU's hectic is not regular hectic. Those who have never been there done that, will never know.

Being in a school that's flooded with scholars, doing your homework well is not enough. You have to make it outstanding, you have to make it impressive. Something that even at the end of the term, the professor will look at your name down the name list and still remember the project theme that you presented. (of coz, you must be remembered for a good reason...) And when all the projects that you are taking in a term, needs to be outstanding in presentation styles and content, you will totally start to hate yourself for being born just average-intelligent. From young, I have never have problems with schoolwork. Not major ones at least. I was always able to make it to being the top few of the class, even without studying very hard. Well, SMU changed everything. Upon entering university, I saw how I put myself thru' rounds and rounds of project meetings to brainstorm, and series of muggin marathron (quoted from Jimmy Boh, the ultimate mugger of my batch I believe :P) just to STAY AFLOAT. Not make it to the top, just STAYING AFLOAT. That's how scary SMU students are! Don't worry, prospective students of SMU. One good thing is, the school is really good at keeping you on your toes. No worries of a dull school life.

Oh..how did I get here..oh..grumbles of school life..

Anywayz, yesterday was my last day waitressing at O'Briens Sandwich Bar. Come to think of it, I kinda dread leaving that place though working there really eats into my studying time. BADLY. The people there are really nice, so it kinda suck to leave. I still remember, 4 mths ago, when I first joined their crew, how they guided me patiently, and how they always help me get out of wrong orders for customers (I was always doing the wrong orders..hahaha..)..haiz..looks like i gonna concentrate on my studies.

Very tired liao...came hm from waitressing at midnight..bet many of my peers probably have spent the whole day studying. I am lagging like crazy..must at least be on par..hahahah...gotta slp and recharge for a better tml! (or mayb today since it's so EARLY rite now...) TA!

**Quote of the day: "The greater danger of most of us is not about having a goal too high and not achieving it, but having one's tt's too low and reaching it"**
