Quest to recover
This is the first time I got acupuncture from head to toe. Literally. Wasn't tt painful on the head la actually. The one on my wrist was the most painful.
The chinese physician got a rude shock when he saw the rashes. Diagnosis:
1) Overworked liver
2) Weak Digestive system
3) Low immune system
4) Lack of rest
Hmm. I need to get myself well before I set off to Beijing coz if I fall sick there, it's gonna be quite an issue to deal with.
Oh well. No more seafood for now. So it's more veggies, more fruits and minimal fried stuff.
