Yo-yo behaviour
To the point of "Just tell me what problems you have, trust me when I say I can solve them. Slowly, one step at a time". This pretty much contrast with what he said to me a few weeks back about "I don't need improvements from you, I need you to BE there, at that level like an investment professional."
This is getting very Patrick Bateman, and weirdly eerie.
That aside, don't get me wrong, I still love my job.
