Switch: by Timbre

I promised my cousin I would be there at the opening of Switch: by Timbre. I didn't turn up :( So I made it up by visiting it 6 months later. Haha! Met up with Priscilla, my ex-colleague and a friend of my cousin as well, for dinner earlier this week. And since both of us don't really mind Mandopop, we decided to give Switch @ Timbre a go.

Clearly my iPhone 4 camera sucks big time so.. yeah..excuse the bad photos. I love the whole layout of the restaurant - high table and bar stools for the front seats (since they are on lower grounds) and proper tables catering to bigger crowds for the back. The back is elevated so no worries about not seeing the band. Hurhur.
Was about to order Timbre's famous roasted duck pizza but figured we might as well try something else. We had a half-half, half of which is sunny-side up and the other half Hawaiian. One should always order Timbre wings hurhur, and a caesar salad just to act healthy.

Verdict: We ordered way too much food for 2 girls. HAHA. Or maybe the band was too engaging we got distracted from our food for too long and hence the loss of appetite thereafter. Hehe.

Wished we could have stayed longer! We left after the second set (well we all have work the next day). The band for the night was really good (It's Alfred and Kexin) and I really hope to go back again. Best if it's a big group of friends who can sing along to any type of songs from English to Mandopop and probably even Korean :)
