It's more like hugging the Buddha's leg at the very last min...tt's the thing about being a procrastinator...:(
3 midterms plus PD rehearsal last week created quite a huge mountain of backlog work...haiz..tis term break is flying away..i can c it already....:(
Hafta rush the TA report for my prof, which involves disgusting amount use of Excel, CAT homework which requires MORE Excel..my goodness....Can someone just blast my laptop? Then I can tell my profs my laptop is gone and my work is all inside..:)
International Economics B Mid term was OKAY la...the fact that my studying for it was done at the backstage of PD rehearsal and mostly half dozing away during the nite while trying to read up on tariffs and imports...Henskcher-Ohlin Theorem...bleah...I hope the grades will come out fine...:S
The scariest mid term I suppose shld b CAT. The prof said it was 1.5 hrs for 3 qns..then on the actual day...it became 1hr!?!!!! shit him manz! And i panicked so much, I could not even think properly...couldn't even remember what was pivot table used for(although I noe how to use...) There are some people sitting ard me, who were panicking too, were not using Excel tools anymore..they were using manual counting...my fren told me his Autofilter even died on him, he had to use ManualFilter..hahahaha...gosh...If I can get like 5 marks I think I shld rejoice or smth....I guess I have to admit my CAT midterm is very much gone...so now focus on assignments to gain grades!!!!!!!!!! :S...
Economic Development in Asia mid term was ok..coz most of the things covered were covered in International Economics B as well..so it wasn't tt bad...thank god...
I really hope my GPA goes up this sem coz it has been falling since the 1st sem in SMU...:(...and being in SMU.. grades is like ur price tag..it's a painful reality we hafta face i guess...:(
Yesterday went for alumni band prac,and saw quite a few people whom i haven seen for SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long...like Fennie and Michelle:) but I was pretty zoned out most of the time la..coz I din haf enuff slp the nite before..(stupid economic development la...)madness can...I was practically floating in and out mentally although I look pretty alert on the outside..ya..Shufi and Houyuan did ask later how come come for prac and nv play...oh c'mon..when I am zoned out..i really cannot do anything except tok rubbish....Ya and Mr Feng, dun say floating in and out mentally is a cool experience..u try it manz..i tink u rather swim like 40 laps in a sharks-filled pool under the blazing sun than haf the feeling of 'totally nid to slp but cannot slp' feeling...
But it was nice seeing them all over again..it's like back to JC days when everyone just like to mix ard in the band rm :) I miss those days :)
Finally went to c doctor today regarding my knee...hmm..ok..the doc is gonna send me to the sports doc for further investigation..hahahhaa...but he say no worries..not vv serious :)
Yeah!!! one less thing to worry about.... :)
