Blood donors wanna-bes

Honestly I was very excited about blood donating. Because of an anonymous bag of blood from the blood bank 1 year ago, Yu Hui is alive today. So I wanted so badly to pay the kindness forward =))

We were so excited over it!!!!:
BUT....in the end I couldn't donate =(((( Coz I don't have enough iron. Apparently my drop of blood didn't sink into this blue solution.
=(((((((
And Keris didn't get to donate coz she was 0.5 kg from the ideal 45kg. Huizhi didn't get to donate because she was on medication the last 3 days. So only Junjie made it. Haha.
So i gotta tk the iron pills:
and then go back to donate blood 2-3 weeks later =)))
So the Blood Bank will not wasting their iron pills on me. Haha.

Since I did not fulfill my duty this time round, I shall share a picture to fulfill the theme:
This pict was taken about 1 year plus back at the Autologous Blood Ctr (where you donate blood for your own surgery so you don't deplete the blood bank..haha).
