As what V*ikram (my Snr Director) says:
You don't need to know how we make the bed, but you need to know how we make the money. HahaLOL. Well since I'm such a noob. :S
And so he arranged with the Director (Ka*thrin) over at the property to give me a walk through and show me the day-to-day operations of a hotel. There's another session another day to meet the team over there as well.
And then there's TGIF party again tomorrow! Plus the opening of Alumni Lounge event tomorrow evening.
So many things.
But I am so looking forward to it! ^.^
Especially the walk through and TGIF!!!! Hahaha
