*cues hysterical laughters*
After falling sick 4 times within my 7 months of work, I've come to the conclusion that I need to change my eating habits and of course, resting habits.
I ate an apple in the afternoon, 2 bananas after dinner and just had a cup of orange juice. I had golf last Friday and my aching arms and back is a clear indication of how much my body hasn't worked out. I'm thinking of hot yoga *ponders*
I'm will try going to try to exercise twice a week now and eat at least a serving of fruits everyday.
Yong Tau Fu shall be the lunch moving forward!
Ok on second thoughts, I'll try Subway first. I might not be able to cope with such a drastic change.
