I've watched about 20 times and it still makes me laugh!
Gangnam (south of Han River) is an affluent area in South Korea. Gangnam style kinda mean rich and have the ability to spend. Oppa means older brother in Korean, ladies also use it to address their boyfriends. Putting them words "Oppa Gangnam style" together kinda mean "hey, your big brother here is rich/sophisticated".
