It's my favourite month of the year again!
As a child, this month meant two things - end of examinations (i.e school holidays!) and also my birthday
The start of November is usually when the sweltering hot weather in Singapore starts to take a turn for the rainy monsoon (hello 25 degrees wet weather!) season and Christmas decoration starts for the shopping malls . I've been having weird dreams these last few days. And the strangest of them all is the fact that they were all linked together.
It started a few nights ago - where the backdrop of the dream was placed against ancient China. How do I know? Based on the surroundings, people riding horses and sitting on carts as forms of transport. The houses were old and big and well the characters in my dream appeared to be Chinese. I didn't remember much of the earlier portions of the dream but somehow the one...

Someone asked for my help yesterday.
She's the facial lady I've been with for the last 8 years and is considered a pretty close friend of mine. She filed for divorce and needed someone to explain to her in details what her ex-husband's lawyer had submitted in his defense.
I spent 2 hours sitting with her, hearing her talk about her marriage and how it eventually disintegrated. Along the way, I wrote down pointers and how untrue most of the things were in the statement of defense. I spent another...

That sense of achievement of watching your crops/plants grow is just awesome! Not to mention the money you earn along the way.
Although well it's not exactly real money.
